My New Year Resolution…to lose weight of course! Lol, me and just about every woman in the country! Well I’m serious, this year I am going to look and feel wonderful! I am a big Palates fan, I used to do it every day and then fell off the band wagon for a year or so! No biggie, I’m hopping back on!
I have discovered a wonderful addition to my Palates workout; it’s called the Aurorae Yoga Mat! I absolutely love it!!! We have hard wood floors; usually I throw down a blanket and call it good.
