I have been taking my Adult Essentials Gummies religiously for a month now. I love how I remember to take them every day and it’s because of the great taste that I’m reminded to do that.
I have to be honest, I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet since taking the Adult Essentials, but my case is a little different then the other Brand Ambassadors in this blog tour. On March 4, I went into pre-term labor (which lasted four whole days) and I had my little one on March 8th. Since then he has been staying in the NICU and every night since has been a stressful, sleepless one. With all this taken into consideration, I haven’t noticed any bursts of energy, health benefits, mental clarity (the thought of this in my sleep deprived state makes me giggle a little) and I definitely haven’t had any positive changes in my sleep patterns (I’m waking up every three hours to pump). Even with all this, I have been told that I look great (considering) so maybe Adult Essentials is benefiting me there.
I have been talking to the dietitian assigned to the NICU and she said told me that Omega 3 supplements are transferred through breast milk and that it’s fantastic that I’m supplementing with it. It makes me feel useful that I am doing something that can help Carter and his brain development (especially at such an early stage in his life).
It can only get better from here and I plan on continuing that use of Adult Essentials. I’m certain that I will see a positive change eventually and that it may just take a little longer with what my body is going through (mentally and physically). I’ll keep you all updated!
