The last month has brought many changes and new adventures. As many of you know I had my son over six weeks early on March 8. He was kept in the NICU for four weeks and we finally brought him home on April 5. I’m still trying to adjust to the lack of sleep.
It’s that lack of sleep that I believe has kept me from experiencing Adult Essentials Gummies to the fullest. I have been taking these vitamins religiously (I haven’t forget due to the fantastic taste) and I have yet to experience a huge change in my well being. These last three months have flown by, and I can’t believe that I’m already doing my last post. I remember my first post and being so excited about the positive changes that would take place in my body by now. It hasn’t happened. Who knows, maybe I wouldn’t be able to carry on as well as I have without the vitamins on this lack of sleep (I haven’t had a good nights sleep since a couple of days before he was born). Even though I haven’t noticed any changes physically, I do feel a lot better mentally. I feel good knowing that I’m taking my vitamin D (something I never did before this) and I feel awesome about knowing that my nutrient needs are being met, even if my diet is 100%.
It’s for that reason that I will continue with Adult Essentials Gummies. Now that I’m a mom, I want to lead by example on living a healthy lifestyle. I want to show Carter that by eating well, exercising and taking the required supplements you will have a long and high quality life. If it wasn’t for me being a Brand Ambassador I would have never of tried these vitamins and I’m so thankful that I have. For the first time, ever, I have never forgot to take my supplements and I think that since I’m running low on sleep my body may just be taking a little long to show those positive changes like energy, mental clarity and better sleep patterns.

I am participating in the Adult Essentials Blogger Outreach program by ShesConnected. I received a supply of vitamins and compensation in exchange for my participation in this campaign. The opinions on this blog are my own.
