DoGree Online Sleep Sheep | Baby Gift Guide

DoGree Fashions Ltd. is a Canadian distributor of products that not all retailers can carry (but are in demand). As a Canadian shopper, I come across great products that cannot make it to me because they are not offered in my country from time to time. It’s because of companies like DoGree, that make it possible for us Canadians to experience great products and companies (such as Cloud b and their Sleep Sheep that I am able to review and giveaway).
 
 I was sent the Cloud b Sleep Sheep from DoGree Fashions Ltd for little Carter to review. The Sleep Sheep is Cloud b’s biggest seller and I can see why. The Sleep Sheep is so soft, I love the way it feels against my skin. I know it’s safe and gentle enough for baby’s touch.

So why is it called the Sleep Sheep? It’s not because of it’s dopey eyes, it’s because it send off your little one to dream land (it’s not just limited to little ones either, you may find yourself falling asleep to the soothing sounds).

Inside the Velcro enclosed Sleep Sheep is a speaker with four buttons, a volume adjuster and a place for batteries.  Each of those four buttons consist of  a soothing (some familiar) sound to relax you baby and send him or her peacefully off to sleep. Your options are a mother’s heartbeat, ocean waves, spring showers or whale songs. (I have to be honest, my favorite would have to be the whale songs. Not because it relaxes Carter but because it makes me think of Dory from finding Nemo . I cannot help but giggle.)

I have the Sleep Sheep strapped on to the end of Carter’s crib, so it’s easy to reach when I want to turn it on. When I first received the Sleep Sheet I wasn’t sure how great it would be for battery life. I didn’t realize that there is a timer to prevent an all night Sleep Sheep party. There are two options for an automatic shut off: twenty three minutes or forty five. Twenty three, I think, is long enough.
