Melt In Your Mouth Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
What goes well with beef stew? Biscuits. Actually, biscuits go well with most meals. I have the easiest recipe for the most delicious biscuits you will ever taste, melt in your mouth cheddar garlic biscuits.
Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
This recipe has been in my recipe box for years. It was originally shared on The Bewitchin’ Kitchen back in June 2009 (way back in the very beginning) but today I’m refreshing the recipe with new photos.
These cheddar garlic biscuits have been made in my kitchen countless times with stews, soups, and just as a side for dinner. A friend of mine tested it in a mining camp up north, and it was a big hit. So it’s safe to say that it’s man tested and man approved.
TBK’s Pro Tip: These biscuits are best served hot.
I especially enjoy these biscuits with my Zuppa Toscana Soup, they’re a match made in heaven. The cheddar garlic biscuits also freeze well, so with that in mind, I like to make a big batch at once. That being said, these are a great idea to batch cook when you’re freezing meals when getting ready for a baby (which I did back when I was pregnant with little C).

To me, biscuits like these cheddar garlic biscuits go so well with soup. It’s a treat to have buttery biscuits or bread with piping hot soup, and a little addition that gives soup for dinner that extra oomph.
