Peanut Butter Cup Buttercream
Peanut butter cup buttercream. I don’t know if there is anything more that I need to say about this frosting recipe other than it’s one of the best peanut butter recipes ever.
I first created this frosting back in August when I made up the PMS Buster Cupcakes recipe (chocolate cupcakes, filled with a peanut butter chocolate pudding topped with this frosting). It tastes so amazing, just try not to eat it out of the bowl with a spoon – the scale doesn’t look too kindly to that the next day (don’t ask me how I know).

Butter cream – even the name sounds heavenly! I need to try some of these! 🙂
Make sure you accept the fact that you will not be decorating a cake and just go in with a spoon.
Oh, my. This is so simple, but I’m sure it’s incredibly delicious. How could it not be? Just look at those ingredients!! YUM. It wouldn’t last long in my house. 🙂
Looks like a great recipe! I always enjoy reading your content, but your site takes forever to load. You minght want to consider getting rid of some of your ads, and optimizing your images and javascript.
AH! I know it’s driving me nuts. All of my images are optimized. I’m trying to figure it out. I had the cache plugin and it helped but it messed up the blog in a different way.
This looks amazing!! I’ve never tried this with peanut butter but I’m looking forward to tasting the results 🙂
It’s so good Helen!
