Low Carb Meal Plan July 25 – July 31 #NoCarbQueens
My low carb challenge begins tomorrow! So to make this transition easier on myself (and successful) I made up a low carb meal plan and, bonus, I decided to share it with you.
I’ve mentioned before how much I love to meal plan. In fact, here are a few resources that I’ve put together on the subject:
Free weekly meal planning worksheet download.
Paleo Meal Plan (another low carb meal plan option).
I also wrote 6 Meal Prep Tips For Busy Families. This offers some of my favorite meal prep tips (I like to cook a lot of things ahead of time for lunches and salads to make my week easier).
I will also be making a YouTube video on how I use Pinterest to meal plan. I’ll embed it in all future low carb meal plan posts (including this one).
Why meal plan?
Because the work is done! There is no last minute “what’s for dinner”, followed by confusion and hanger, which then leads to unhealthy choices. I’m famous for poor decisions when I don’t meal plan.
Meal planning means staying on track.
Your groceries are in the fridge and you have the recipe ready, all you have to do is cook. If you have a few things pre-cooked (chicken breasts) and veggies chopped, it makes cooking quick and easy!
Low Carb Meal Plan July 25-July 31
Monday – Creamy Bruschetta Chicken served over broccoli.
Tuesday – Paleo Pizza Burger Bites serviced with broccolini.
Wednesday – Paleo Turkey Stuffed Peppers,
Thursday – Garlicky Kale Salad with Crispy Chickpeas.
Friday – BBQ at a friend’s house.
Saturday –Â Steak served with asparagus and broccoli (steak marinated in a red wine marinade).
Sunday – Cauliflower Pepperoni Pizza Casserole.
I hope this low carb meal plan helps you! If it does, leave me a comment and I’ll keep making more. I’ll probably do a few anyway since posting the meal plan will keep me on track with making meal plans. It’s accountability for myself.
Do you meal plan?
Great meal plan, bella! XX
