Spicy Cranberry Chicken Wings
I didn’t know about the combination of spice and cranberry sauce but I was inspired by the leftover cranberry sauce that happens after turkey dinner. So I gave it a whirl, and they’re husband approved!
I was worried about the sugar in the cranberry sauce and pineapple juice would burn on the chicken and pan. So here’s what I did to prevent it: I turned it.
That’s it.
I wish I had more advice, but I just kept my eye on them and turned halfway.
I also lined the pan with parchment paper.
Are the wings perfect? No. Is there a little char? Yup! That being said, I have never baked wings without a few dark spots. As long as it tastes good, that’s all that matters!
TBK’s Pro Tip: Control the heat and add as much (or as little) cayenne as you’d like. Start at 1/4 tsp, taste, and work up from there. Make this recipe work for you.

Trying to figure out the cranberry ingredient. The recipe list says cranberry jelly and the recipe steps call for cranberry sauce. Do you mean a can of cranberry sauce?
