Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

I recently found this drool-worthy recipe on Pinterest, it’s the Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries. It was originally posted on The Sweets Life.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries. This easy, no bake dessert recipe is a party favorite. Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, topped with crunchy milk chocolate covered pretzels makes this bite sized treat sweet, salty and crunchy. Add this to your popular desserts board.
A little note: this recipe is for large strawberries, you’ll likely have some of the cheesecake mixture left over. Every time I make this, it ends up a little different each time. The smaller the strawberry, the more it makes (and the fewer calories and sugar you eat).
These cheesecake stuffed strawberries are always a hit at baby showers, family gatherings, and lazy Sunday afternoon binge watch sessions.

TBK’s Pro Tip: Make a cheesecake strawberry bar! Lay out graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles, and mini chocolate chips to dip the strawberries in. The kids love it!

These were so delicious! A huge hit at the grad party I brought them to. They were gone in minutes, I doubled the recipe! I did mine in reverse so I cut the top off the berry and then piped in the filling so they would stand while traveling! Can’t wait to make these again!
