Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Talk about the perfect summer bbq desserts! I’m totally guilty of eating more than I should while sitting out on the patio table visiting with friends, they’re so darn good!
TBK’s Pro Tip: Make a cheesecake strawberry bar! Lay out graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles, and mini chocolate chips to dip the strawberries in. The kids love it!

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients
- 15 large strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Hull the strawberries and create little boats with them by spooning out some of the flesh.
- In a medium bowl beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and extract.
- Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the strawberries.
- Dip the top in the graham cracker crumbs.

These were so delicious! A huge hit at the grad party I brought them to. They were gone in minutes, I doubled the recipe! I did mine in reverse so I cut the top off the berry and then piped in the filling so they would stand while traveling! Can’t wait to make these again!
