Spaghetti Sauce

I firmly believe that this is truly the best homemade spaghetti sauce recipe, ever, and it is so simple to make with a number of time-saving ingredients.

In a large pot, cook up your beef and hot Italian sausage. Drain and then set aside.

Heat up the olive oil and add the onion and green pepper.  Saute until the onion is soft and then add the garlic. Stir until fragrant.

Add wine and reduce. Add tomatoes, paste, marinara, and spices. Let simmer then add meat and close the lid.

Let simmer on low for at least an hour. Then add parmesan cheese and parsley. Stir and simmer for thirty minutes.

Serve with pasta, top with parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
