Air Fryer Chicken Katsu is healthy and simple to prepare, and the chicken stays crisp and juicy as if it’s deep fried.
- Ketchup - Soy Sauce - Sugar - Worcestershire - Chicken Breasts - Egg - Salt - Panko - Flour - Steamed Rice
Chop each chicken breast into two filets, then beat the egg and season with salt. In a different bowl mix panko with flour.
Dip each chicken filet in the egg wash, then transfer it to the panko mixture, pressing the breading onto the chicken to ensure an even coating.
Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Next, mix the Katsu sauce ingredients and serve the chicken katsu over steamed white rice.
