Seafood mac and cheese is a restaurant quality recipe filled with seafood, aged cheddar, mozzarella, cream, and delicious pasta!
- Macaroni Pasta - Butter - Scallops - Shrimp - Flour - Whole Milk - Heavy Cream - Onion Powder - Garlic Powder - Salt & Pepper - White Cheddar - Mozzarella
Cook macaroni following the package directions but reduce the cooking time by ¼. Drain and place pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Heat butter and as it melts, incorporate shrimp and scallops. Cook them for 3-4 minutes, then set them aside and use the same skillet to make the cheesy sauce.
Add the seafood to the cheese sauce then place the cooked pasta into a baking tray and cover with the cheese sauce. Top with mozzarella and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
