Pineapple Mojito Mocktail with Strawberry Slush
The sun is out, the patio’s hot, and I’m craving bubbles. This Pineapple Mojito Mocktail (topped with a strawberry slush) is a delicious way to enjoy a virgin cocktail out on the deck with friends and family.
First of all is it a mojito if there are no limes in the recipe or added sugar? For the sake of the recipe, I’m going to say yes. It’s a mojito with a twist: no booze, no limes, and natural sugars only. I may as well just go ahead and call it a healthier alternative for cocktail hour.
My secret ingredient? Nestle’s Pure Life Sparkling Mango Peach Pineapple.
My family and I are big sparkling water consumers, we go through a lot. Our go to brand is Nestle’s Pure Life Sparkling. No, I’m not just saying that because this is a sponsored post, it’s the truth. A few days ago, a good friend of mine was over and when she looked in my fridge and saw all the Nestle Pure Life Sparklings I had and mentioned: “You guys drink a lot of that, hey?”.
We do go through a lot, my husband brings them when we go for drives (even if it’s just to the store), he brings 3-4 cans with him to work each day, and he even brings them as his drink of choice to BBQs. He told me he finds it more satisfying to drink a lightly flavored water that has a little fizz than plain old water.
When writing about Pure Life Sparkling I wanted to create a recipe to share how easy it is to liven up (not only water) but an afternoon sipper with our family’s go-to beverage.
Pineapple Mojito Mocktail with Strawberry Slush
You’re going to love this pineapple mojito mocktail. It’s a quick way to add some sparkle to your everyday afternoon or to entice your stubborn child to hydrate in the heat of the day (works like a charm).
TBK’s Pro Tip: Use Nestle’s Pure Life Mango Sparkling Peach Pineapple for more of a pineapple punch.

Do you have an alternative to Nestle for this drink. Our family and friends have been boycotting Nestle for quite sometime do to their acquisition practices in obtaining (and I use that term loosely) water. But I would like to try the recipe if you have a suggestion to replace that particular ingredient. Thank you so much for you help. Barb\
Hi Barb,
Plain sparkling water will work 🙂
