- Ground Beef - Hot Italian Sausage - White Wine - Green Bell Pepper - Crushed Tomatoes - Tomato Paste - Marinara Sauce - Oregano - Thyme - Bay Leaves - Sugar - Parmesan Cheese
Brown your beef and hot Italian sausage over medium heat, then drain and set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper until onion is soft, then add garlic and cook till fragrant. Add the wine and reduce for about two minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes, paste, marinara, and seasonings. Simmer for a few minutes, then add meat and simmer for at least an hour.
Add parmesan cheese and parsley. Stir and simmer for another thirty minutes. Serve with desired pasta and top with more parmesan cheese.
