This pumpkin spice granola is packed with oats and pecans. Sweetened with maple syrup, it provides a fantastic amount of breakfast energy!
- Oats - Chopped Pecans - Brown Sugar - Cinnamon - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Salt - Pure Pumpkin - Maple Syrup - Coconut Oil
In a large bowl mix together oats, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
In a small saucepan, combine coconut oil, maple syrup and pure pumpkin. Stir until warm and well combined.
Pour wet mixture into the bowl and stir until well mixed. Then spread as thin a layer as possible over a prepared cookie sheet pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 300F. Flip the mixture over and re-spread every 5-10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
