This healthy parmesan pizza is loaded with juicy breaded chicken, gooey mozzarella, sweet red peppers, and plenty of herbs. Best of all, the pre-made cauliflower crust saves time and makes it gluten free too!
- Chicken Breasts - Gluten Free Breadcrumbs - Parmesan Cheese - Garlic Powder - Oregano - Salt Pizza - Cauliflower Crust - Marinara Sauce - Mozzarella - Parmesan - Red Pepper - Oregano - Basil
Add egg and a splash of milk to a bowl. In another bowl add the breadcrumbs, seasonings and parmesan. Dip the chicken into the egg then coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chicken until golden brown on each side. Then transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Once the chicken is cool, slice it up.
Spread marinara over a pre-cooked gluten-free crust. Spread half the cheese over the pizza, then add the chicken, veggies, and the rest of the cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
