- Gluten Free Bread - Olive Oil - Garlic Powder - Carrots - Celery - Ground Pork - Poultry Seasoning - Thyme - Apple - Eggs - Chicken Stock
Slice the bread into cubes and arrange on a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic, salt, and pepper and toast for 30 minutes.
Soften onions, celery, and carrots over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add to a bowl along with the gluten free bread.
Cook ground pork until no longer pink. Add pork and the rest of the ingredients to the bread bowl, mix together well.
Place in a prepared casserole dish, cover with foil and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Remove foil, give it a stir and cook uncovered for another 15 minutes.
