- Baby Carrots - Cauliflower - Red Bell Pepper - Macaroni - Chicken Broth - Butter - Onion - Garlic - Flour - Cheddar - Worcestershire - Mustard Powder - Thyme - Panko Crumbs
Chop cauliflower, red pepper, and carrots and roast for 35 minutes. Let the vegetables cool, then puree in a blender along with chicken broth. Meanwhile cook the macaroni.
Melt butter, add onions and cook until translucent, then stir in garlic, flour, and broth. Let it bubble, then stir in the cheese until it's melted. Add the pureed veggies and remaining ingredients.
