Beef Chow Mein Ingredients

Heat oil in a large wok, add beef and cook until golden brown, flip occasionally. Remove beef from the wok.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, fresh ginger, and cornstarch and set aside.

Sauté veggies

Cook chopped carrots and onion until soft, then add in green onion and garlic, and stir for two more minutes.

Add the beef and Chow Mein sauce.  Stir until the sauce thickens, then add cooked noodles. Serve warm with sesame seeds and green onion.
