- Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks Peri Peri Sauce: - Olive Oil - Garlic - Lemon Juice - Orange Juice - Paprika - Red Pepper Flakes - Oregano - Red Chilies - Bell Pepper
Blend all Peri Peri sauce ingredients until smooth. Then add the sauce to a saucepan and bring to a simmer to release the oils in the seasonings and peppers.
