- Almond Flour - Butter - Sugar - Cream Cheese - Powdered Sugar - Vanilla - Eggs - Crushed Candy Canes - White Chocolate

Ingredients

Melt butter and add in almond flour, sugar and salt until combined. Then press into a square 9x9 prepared baking pan.

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and fold in the crushed candy canes. Pour over the crust and bake for 40 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate, drizzle over the cheesecake and top with the rest of the crushed candy canes. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and then cut into squares.
