- Cooked White Rice - Sirloin Steak - Green Onions - Yellow Onions - Carrot - Green Peas - Eggs - Soy Sauce - Garlic - Sesame Oil - Butter - Lemon Juice - Sesame Seeds
Cook the steak in butter over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Then set aside in a covered bowl.
Cook diced yellow onion, carrot and green peas. Stir until onion is soft. Next, add the white part of the green onion and minced garlic.
Add cooked rice, steak, green peas, soy sauce and beaten eggs, stir until rice is nicely golden and eggs are cooked. Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice and sesame oil and serve with sliced green onion and sesame seeds on top.
