This pulled pork sliders recipe combines tender, juicy meat with tangy sauce and pillowy King’s Hawaiian buns. Once you cook the pork, assemble and bake in 15 minutes!
- Olive Oil - Onion - Garlic - Pork Shoulder - Paprika - Thyme - Salt - Dijon Mustard - BBQ Sauce - Beef Broth - Mozzarella - Hawaiian Rolls
Heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions for 5-8 minutes. Then, add minced garlic. Rub the pork shoulder with spices and salt and place in the pan.
Stir in BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard and beef broth. Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 1 hour, then flip and cook 30-45 minutes. Shred the pork in the pan and cook for 10-15 more minutes.
Place slider buns on a baking tray, fill with the pulled pork and top with mozzarella. Brush the tops with melted butter and oregano and bake 10-15 minutes.
