Line a baking dish with foil. Mix olive oil, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, paprika, and salt together, then brush over the foil.

Arrange the chicken on the foil and coat evenly with the remaining sauce. Wrap the foil over the chicken.
