- Olive Oil - Yellow Onion - Garlic - Pork Shoulder - Cumin - Oregano - Chili Powder - BBQ Sauce - Beef Broth - Salt - Tortillas
Cook sliced onions in oil until translucent, then toss in the garlic and stir until fragrant.
Rub pork shoulder with spices and salt. Then place it over the onion and smother with BBQ sauce and beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 1 ½ to 2 hours, flipping the meat after the first hour. Once it pulls apart easily, shred it and let it simmer in the sauce to absorb more flavor.
Nestle some shredded meat into a warmed tortilla, tongs usually work best. Then add your favorite toppings and dig in!
