Rosemary Garlic Bread

This dutch oven rosemary garlic bread recipe is one of my new favorites, and it’s so simple. There is seriously nothing more comforting than homemade bread.

- All-Purpose Flour - Sugar - Salt - Quick Yeast - Warm Water - Rosemary - Garlic Cloves

Rosemary Garlic Bread Ingredients

Mix all ingredients together. The dough will be sticky and shaggy. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 60 minutes.

Stretch out the dough, fold it over and work it into the shape of a ball. Flip it over, cover with a towel and let it rise for roughly 20 minutes.

Place the dutch oven in the oven, preheat to 450F. Transfer bread to the warm dutch oven and score it to let steam escape.  Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the lid and place it back in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until it's golden brown to your liking.
