Cook the chicken in boiling water until it's cooked through. Then, use a fork to shred into thin strips.
Sauté onion until translucent. Next, add minced garlic and stir until fragrant. Then add Salsa verde and simmer.
Mix shredded chicken, salsa verde, lime juice, salt, Monterey Jack, cheddar, sour cream, cream cheese, and cilantro to combine.
Pour salsa verde into a baking tray, then fill tortillas with the chicken mixture and arrange, closed side down, in the tray. Top with green sauce and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh chopped tomato, sour cream, and cilantro.
