- Flour - Sugar - Salt - Quick Yeast - Warm Water - Rosemary Sprigs - Garlic
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir together. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 60 minutes.
Transfer the dough from the bowl to flour dusted parchment and shape it into a ball. Cover and let it rise for roughly 20 minutes while the dutch oven preheats inside the oven.
Take the dutch oven out of your oven. Transfer the dough to the dutch oven and score the dough, then cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake 10 more minutes.
