- Olive Oil - Onions - Carrots - Celery - Garlic - Sage - Parsley - Paprika - Chicken Broth - Wild Rice - Chicken Breasts
Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion, carrots and celery for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic, sage, parsley, paprika, and pepper and stir until fragrant. Then add in the broth, wild rice, and chopped chicken.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low for 40 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
