Instructions
Line a 9X9 square pan with parchment paper.
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter in a bowl.
Press crushed Oreos mixture into the pan. Use a spatula, measuring cup, or flat bottomed glass to compact the mixture into a base. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Beat softened cream cheese with the vanilla, whipping cream, and sugar. Once the ingredients are well combined, add chopped Oreo cookies and stir.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared base.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until firm. For best results, refrigerate the cheesecake over night.
Divide the cheesecake into squares. You can get 9 regular servings or 16 tiny bites.
